1. Introduction
The star discharger is mainly used to install at the discharge port of the discharger working under negative pressure. The upper part accepts the material discharged by the discharger, and relies on the rotating impeller to transport the material and act as a seal to prevent air from being inhaled from the discharge port during the pneumatic conveying process to ensure the normal discharge of the discharger.The working principle of the star discharger is to use the electric deceleration motor to drive the star wheel to rotate, so as to realize the conveying of materials. The speed motor and the star wheel are connected by a flange connection and are fixed together by bolts. Driven by the deceleration motor, the star wheel rotates in a certain direction to transport the material from the feed port to the discharge port. 2. Principle
Unloaders are divided into three main categories: ordinary, pressure-resistant and high-temperature-resistant. The unloader can be driven at a uniform speed to discharge materials continuously at a controlled rate, or driven at a variable speed to use the unloader as a feeder.
Unloader common type: can be used in 150 degrees below and normal temperature of the usual materials, can be continuous and uniform to the feeding pipe material, and in the system and separation of dust collection department, it can be used as a discharger function.
Pressure-resistant type of unloader: it adopts closed rotor, which can be widely used in suction-feeding, pressure-feeding airflow conveying system and negative-pressure conveying equipment, the rotary unloader can ensure that the pressure of the airflow in the conveying pipe is not leaked, and it can safely convey and collect materials, so it is known as the universal locking device in this regard, which is not only pressure-resistant, and at the same time, has both the function of the ordinary type.
